Elite Fuego Pitching provides a baseball training management platform for athletes and coaches, including video access, subscriptions, scheduling, chat features, and performance tracking.
You must create an account to use the app. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal policies, and cancellation instructions are available in-app. You agree to all charges incurred under your account.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the app are the property of Elite Fuego Pitching or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without permission.
Users may upload content such as videos or messages. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it within the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Elite Fuego Pitching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. Use is at your own risk and subject to availability and proper use of your device and connection.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be determined according to the user's location or where the relevant event occurred, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
